GOLF

ARRIVE: Times to be confirmed closer to the event. Likely schedule: Registration opens at 7am. Gather to carts at 7:45. Tee time at 8am.

WHERE: Hillview Golf Course, 149 North Street, North Reading, MA

TOURNAMENT TYPE: Four person scramble. In a scramble, each player on the team hits a ball from the same spot, and then take the best shot. Each player proceeds to take their next shot from this one new location (and so on). Read more details here

AMMENITIES: Golf cart included with entry. Coffee, pastries and snacks provided upon arrival. Refreshment carts to travel throughout the course. Food and drink available at the 1st/10th hole. Cash recommended.

LUNCHEON

TIME: Immediately following the golf tournament (likely around 1pm)

LOCATION: The North Reading Moose function hall, 140 North Street, North Reading, MA (across the road from Hillview Country Club)

FOOD: Catering by Dom’s Sausage — steak tips; chicken, broccoli, ziti with garlic and oil; eggplant parm; house salad

DRINK: Full bar available (cash only, atm on-site)

ENTERTAINMENT: Live auction, fundraising giveaways, awards ceremony
